Cask Strength: A Speyside Weekend

Owning a cask and understanding one are different things. This weekend closes the gap: three distilleries, three warehouse visits, and a valve in hand at each of them.

You will draw samples from casks at four, eight, and fifteen years, taste the same spirit across three wood types, and sit down with the people who set the price when a cask changes hands.

The group is capped at ten because that is how many people fit comfortably between two rows of barrels.
