Harvest Table, Napa

The week before picking is the only quiet week in Napa. We put one table in the middle of a block, invited four neighbouring estates to bring something from their library, and let the winemakers argue about pick dates over dinner.

Thirty seats, all of them filled within a day of the invitation going out.
