About This Wine

Chimère is the brainchild of the Maurel Brothers (Clos Saint Jean) and Manfred Krankl (Sine Qua Non). The result is a lavish Châteauneuf-du-Pape featuring 93 mourvèdre, 5 grenache, and 2 grenache blanc. It features ultra-intense flavors of blackberry, freshly cracked pepper, and herbs, with a lingering finish that serves as the perfect coda.
