About This Wine
Perfection thy name is Dalla Valle Maya. This titanic red blend opens with an explosive nose of black currants, red cherries, graphite, baker's chocolate, incense, lilacs, and earthiness. The hedonistic bouquet gives away to a medium to full body with an opulent mouthfeel and silky tannins. Maya, which contains roughly two-thirds cabernet sauvignon and one-third cabernet franc, finishes with a lengthy flourish that refuses to leave the tongue. Wine critics Jeb Dunnuck and Lisa Perrotti-Brown gave the 2016 vintage a perfect score, with the former calling it "utterly profound in every way."
